Ben Lindquist, Founder and CEO
Ben Lindquist is a seasoned information technology architect, having
delivered systems and services for Microsoft, American Express, Wingspan Bank, the Florida Dept. of Revenue, the Florida Dept. of Financial Services, Convergys, and numerous other clients over the course of his twenty-year career in information technology.
Prior to founding Green Phosphor Ben was senior architect at
Right Media, an online advertising exchange which is now a part of Yahoo. The system Ben architected, and led the development of, at Right Media is capable of aggregating millions of data transactions every minute into accounting journals and loading them into a physically partitioned database; a reporting and analysis engine provides tens of thousands of reports from this database every hour, while running on just one commodity
server. Ben founded the Tallahassee office of Right Media and grew it into a complete product unit which is still standing today. This experience, combined with Ben's invention of cutting-edge data visualization technology, his artificial intelligence research, and his mission-critical data processing background, ensure his ability to deliver systems which enable Green Phosphor's clients to achieve a new level of intelligence.

Ed London, Co-Founder and CTO
Ed London brings deep reporting, multidimensional data analysis, programming, and project management experience to Green Phosphor. A graduate of the University of Florida, Ed designed and implemented mission-critical financial reports for the Florida Dept. of Financial Services before joining Right Media to work with Ben Lindquist on high-performance data analysis and reporting.
Ed is a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, Golden Key Honor Society, Tau Beta Pi Engineering Honor Society, and Phi Delta Theta fraternity. Along with being fluent in Spanish, Ed has a personal interest in statistical forecasting, particularly in the area of sports statistics, trends, and analyses.
Dr. Keysha Gamor, President
Dr. Gamor earned her Doctorate in Education with a concentration in Instructional Systems Design and Organizational Learning from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia. Dr. Gamor served as an Instructional Systems Designer and Research Scientist at the Advanced Distributed Learning Initiative for the Office of the Secretary of Defense.
Dr. Gamor has more than 15 years of experience in teaching, instructional design, web design, as well as research and development for education and training technologies. She began her professional career as a Professor of English Composition and Literature at Montgomery College, where she designed and piloted their distance learning program. She has performed ISD consultative services in the private sector, supporting civilian, military, and corporate clients. Dr. Gamor is recognized as a thought leader in her field and has served as a judge for several nationally recognized industry awards programs.
Michael Reith, VP Business Development
Mr. Reith, now retired, has twenty-three years experience as a Special Agent of the Federal
Bureau of Investigation (FBI) successfully conducting complex investigations, and serving,
for a majority of years, as an FBI Legal Advisor, and Coordinator for sensitive and
undercover operations. Oversight included risk mitigation, legal and policy compliance,
application of resources and sophisticated techniques, and public/private sector liaisons
often mandated under exigent circumstances and time-sensitive constraints. This complex
work environment required judgments and recommendations concerning the foreseeable
consequences of variable fact patterns, and served to manage otherwise unknown risks of
compromise to operational integrity, liability, and safety.
As an independent contractor for almost five
years to a prime vendor supporting the federal law enforcement and intelligence community
(LE/IC), Michael initiated and developed a classified program to mitigate threats &
vulnerabilities to special access programs resulting from the public-records information
industry and the internet.
I. E. London, Advisor
After receiving an MBA from Columbia University, with a concentration in Monetary Economics and Banking, I. E. London embarked on a successful career in real estate. Over the last 40 years he has built, as a general contractor, everything from single-family homes, to subdivisions, to industrial parks, to a chemical plant.
Mr. London spent most of the 1990's increasing the profitability of companies ranging in size from 600 to 3000 employees. He hired new CEO's, established achievable business plans, and oversaw their progress. He served 5 years as president of a regional airline flying as US Air Express, and served as a member and then as Chairman of the State of Florida Investment Advisory board. The board is responsible for investing the retirement funds of state and public employees, and schoolteachers. At that time they had $60 billion under management.
More recently, in addition to continuing his real estate development activities, Mr. London has served as Vice Chairman of the State Oversight Board for the Miami-Dade County Public Schools. He also served as Vice Chairman of Citizens Property Insurance Company until 2005, and Chairman of the Finance and Investment committees.
